HANDMADE ORECCHIETTE AND AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS

An opportunity to learn how to make orecchiette by hand, just as it has been done for generations in our family. We will guide you step by step through the preparation of this traditional dish, which we will cook with a fresh tomato sauce and bread crumb meatballs to dip in the sauce. And to finish, we will prepare a traditional tiramisù together, a dessert that for us is synonymous with celebration and tradition.

Take a moment to "ground yourself" in nature with bioenergetics, a practice that helps establish a deep connection with the earth and your body. The class, led by a counsellor and bioenergetic practitioner, takes place at sunset, when the landscape around our trulli becomes even more magical.

In the shade of the olive trees we have created a small outdoor workstation, designed for those who wish to work surrounded by nature or simply take some time for themselves. Here the silence, the song of the cicadas and the breeze among the trees foster concentration and inspiration. It is the ideal place to read a few pages, write down a thought, a poem, or perhaps begin that book that has long been waiting to be told.

Olive Oil, Wine and Local Products Tasting

VISIT TO A FAMILY-RUN OIL MILL WITH APERITIVO AND TASTING

We invite you to visit a family-run oil mill that produces extra virgin olive oil and wine. You will be welcomed in their garden and guided through the discovery of their EVO oils, with a small tour of the mill. At the end, you can enjoy an aperitivo with a board of local products, such as cured meats, cheeses and typical specialities, accompanied by a tasting of two wine labels from their production.
